This course has been designed to effectively convey all the necessary information on Conversational AI in Banking for individuals who have previously had no material exposure to the topic. How do I learn?
After you’ve signed up to the course, you will have full access to a series of on-demand video lectures, expert interviews, and assessed multiple-choice questions. Additionally, each chapter in a course also contains a lecture note, a glossary, as well as a series of required and recommended reading materials which are all downloadable for you to keep without expiry. Moreover, your education doesn’t end on completion of the course as you would have been given a lifetime membership of the CFTE Global Alumni Community.
What if I have questions during my study?
As a learner, you will have access to two direct ways to connect with CFTE and your peers. The first is a community forum where you communicate with everyone on the course by posting independent threads/comments. The second way consists of discussion forums dedicated to each module within the course which you may find on our learning platform, here you can post comments which concern specific modules.
Will I automatically be eligible for a certificate upon signing up to the course?
No, once you have registered for the course, you will be given full access to all of the course materials which you can study at your preferred pace. However, in order to receive the Certificate of Completion, you must have completed all sections on the platform and scored at least 80% on all of the quizzes at the end of each chapter as well as the final examination questions.
The Finance industry is well-known for its constant change, how do I know that the content is up-to-date?

What are the prerequisites for this course?
The course is constructed to build your knowledge from the ground up and it is self-contained, hence, no prior knowledge is required beyond basic banking concepts such as retail vs. corporate banking and front- vs. back-office, etc. However, some knowledge of our specialisation AI in Finance(perhaps attach hyperlink) can enhance your learning experience
